Single Training Sessions

Planning to use a new element of your Sage software, need a refresher, or want to train a new member of your team? We work with you to agree a training session agenda that ensures you get the best out of your Sage product.

Full System Implementation

We help you to develop a phased implementation plan with regular progress meetings to keep you on track. A typical plan will include the following phases:

• Pre Install Workshops to confirm your requirements discussed at pre sales meetings and agree how you will use the software.
• Installation, Training and Testing to install the software, train your team and create a test environment to allow users to work with the software and gain confidence prior to going live.
• Live Upgrade to help you transfer your data and start to use the software on a daily basis.
• Post Upgrade follow-up meetings to support you through the first few weeks.
