Full System Implementation
We help you to develop a phased implementation plan with regular progress meetings to keep you on track. A typical plan will include the following phases:
- Pre Install Workshops to confirm your requirements discussed at pre sales meetings and agree how you will use the software.
- Installation, Training and Testing to install the software, train your team and create a test environment to allow users to work with the software and gain confidence prior to going live.
- Live Upgrade to help you transfer your data and start to use the software on a daily basis.
- Post Upgrade follow-up meetings to support you through the first few weeks.
