Sage Line 100 - End of Life Statement
We have received notification from Sage that Line 100 will reach it's End of Mainstream Support on 30th September 2012.
Currently, Sage offer full Mainstream Support for Line 100, via SALP or Sage Cover which includes legislative software updates for customers and support via Business Partners. From the effective date of this change, 30th September 2012 Sage are changing the type of support offered for Line 100 to extended support. What this means in layman terms is that you will still be able to operate the product and have the option to add on additional users or modules, but no software updates will be available either legislatively or for bug fixes.
