Your Payroll Year End Pack

The download pack will be available from early February. Sage will send you an email when it’s ready.

Sage will start dispatching postal packs from 22 February, so all customers should have their pack by 26 March. You can check when it was dispatched at www.sage.co.uk/pye or by calling 0845 111 6666.

When should you install the update?

Sage Payroll and Sage 50 Payroll customers must install the update as soon as you receive it, before processing the year end. This ensures that you have the correct P60 layouts installed.

Before installing the update, please check the version, open the Help menu and choose About. Ensure you are using one of the following versions:

• Sage 50 Payroll 2010 v16.00
• Sage 50 Payroll 2009 v15.01, v15.02, v15.03
• Sage 50 Payroll 2008 v14.04, v15.05, v15.06
• Sage 50 Payroll 2007 v13.07, v13.08, v13.09
• Sage Payroll v12.10, v12.11, v12.12
• Sage Payroll v11.13, v11.14, v11.15

Sage Instant Payroll

Before installing the update, Sage Instant Payroll customers must process their final payroll for 2009/2010 tax year and complete their year end.

Before installing the update please check the version, click Tools then click My Instant Payroll and ensure you are using Sage Instant Payroll v11.10 and v11.11.

If you have not already done so, to submit online you must register with HM Revenue & Customes for the PAYE Online for Employers service. To register, visit www.hmrc.gov.uk and click PAYE for employers.
